Day 2

It was REALLY difficult to wake up today.  Last night's class went WAY better than Day 1's did (where I threw up a little in my mouth from a giant brunch I had) and I even managed to fit in a dance class after.

I slept really well, but getting up actually hurt and I felt sore, as if I developed new muscles.  Hopefully after Day 3 the kinks will be worked out.  I managed to fit into another pair of pants that used to cut my circulation off at the stomach.  Not anymore!! The joy I'm feeling from back into them is keeping me motivated.

Another plus to feeling so light and healthy is the fact that I don't want to indulge in fatty foods.  Fruits, veggies, lots of water... this is turning into an involuntary cleanse and I like it so far!
