Three Pounds

This morning, my scale said I lost 3 pounds.  A few days before my yoga journey began, I was at the doctor where I weighed 120.6lbs and it matched on my scale when I weighed in before starting and I have to say, I'm really really pleased with the results.

I cannot stress enough how Bikram Cool Springs or even Bikram Yoga for that matter is NOT paying me. Let's just get that out of the way.

I don't feel as tired and even though I still hit snooze about eight times in the morning, I manage to wake up a lot quicker now.  My mood has improved, I'm not as easily stressed out and I take things in stride now instead of letting things get to me too quickly.

However, I do miss going to dance class so I'm not sure how often I'll do this "yoga everyday" thing.  I'm torn between two activities I love but hey, that's not a bad problem to have I guess!

Two more days... I think I can make it!
